The material in this series mainly consists of catalogs and price lists from the years 1893-1961. These catalogs and price lists were carried by the salesmen or "Detail men," as they were called in the pharmaceutical industry, when they went to visit physicians and pharmacists. Upjohn also provided handbooks with pertinent medical information on their products to medical internists at one point in time, and some of these are included in this series as well.
